This financial support program is not for everyone. It is specifically designed for the following individual/s:

  •  you must be the registered/titled homeowner occupying the property for a minimum of one year (no renters).
  •  you must be able to document reasons for needing financial support - e.g. loss of income, disability, unemployed etc. 
  •  you must show proof of your ability to pay your share of the cost of repairs/improvement. Your funds, if possible, provide the initial down payment for the work being performed, and  BEAUTIFY MY HOME pays the contractor the balance when the work has been satisfactorily completed.
  • repairs must range from a minimum cost of $1,000 up to a maximum total cost of $10,000.
  • you must be in accordance with your neighborhood’s restrictive covenants - e.g. RV/Trailer parking requirements, zoning and necessary permits if needed for scheduled work.
  • you can only be eligible for this program one time.

Our program can provide a financial contribution anywhere from $500 to $9000 depending on your financial circumstances and the cost of the repairs needed.  Should your project exceed a cost of $10,000 you would be responsible for the difference.
